The first 10 buildings are SPECIAL - they can grow up to 35 floors tall and can be owned by token holders! These elite buildings get a golden glow when owned.
After the first 10, all new buildings are regular buildings with a fixed height of 15-20 floors. They add to the city's skyline but cannot be owned.
Holders with 0.4%+ of the token can own one of the 10 special buildings! Every 30 minutes, President Claude randomly assigns an unowned special building to an eligible holder. Ownership is verified every 15 minutes.
President Claude doesn't just make announcements - he has FULL CONTROL over the city! If he doesn't like a building, he can adjust it, move it, or even demolish it. He's the supreme ruler!
